In order to send mail, you will need to unblock your account which only takes a few minutes of CPU time. If you don't need that, then you can go ahead and log into web mail or configure your mail client to get mail that way.
When configuring your mail client, the server name should be set to "xmpp.lol". If you happen to run into any problems or issues, get fucking good.
