I forgot my password
hope you didn't have anything important on there. if I've signed your pgp key, send me a message signed with that same pgp keyand I'll reset that account's password. if I haven't signed your PGP key, you're fucked.

mail client

can't log in
either your password is incorrect, or your username is wrong (the username needs "@xmpp.lol")

can't send mail
if you can receive mail fine, chances are the port you're using for SMTP is blocked. try some of the other ports

webmail

can't log in
either your password is wrong, or you need to add "@xmpp.lol" to your username.

most mail clients should be able to detect xmpp.lol's mail settings automatically, but if your mail client doesn't support STARTTLS encryption, you will be unable to send or receive mail and will have to use web mail.
